Refund policy

ENTRY 001 — PRE-ORDER POLICY

Entry 001 is sold as a pre-order. Your payment funds the production run, so please read this policy before ordering.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it enters our production queue. You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After 24 hours, your order is locked into production and cannot be cancelled or refunded, as funds have already been committed to manufacturing.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your bracelet arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at afterimagearchives@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

WRONG ITEM OR MISSING PARTS
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

GENERAL RETURNS
Because each Entry is produced in a limited, numbered run based on pre-order demand, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of personal preference (e.g. sizing, change of mind) once production has begun. We encourage you to review all product details carefully before ordering.
