SHIPPING & PRE-ORDER TIMELINE

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTION TIME
Entry 001 — The Backrooms Bracelet is a pre-order item. Once the pre-order window closes, your order enters production. Please allow approximately 4-5 weeks from order date before your item ships. This timeline allows us to manufacture each piece to the standard we promise.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships, including tracking information.

SHIPPING RATES
We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping — $5.99, 3-5 business days (after production is complete)

DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it was placed. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5-6 weeks when accounting for production.

ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens — reach out to us right away.
